In light of this, AREPT confirms that second invitations have been dispatched to the concerned individuals. Failure to appear and cooperate will leave the Taskforce with no alternative but to proceed with the evidence in its possession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those who ignore these invitations will face formal charges, indictment, and subsequent prosecution in strict accordance with the laws of Liberia. AREPT reiterates its commitment to transparency, fairness, and justice in the recovery of public assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Taskforce urges all individuals under investigation to present themselves and engage with the process in good faith.
