Edwin Kla Martin has welcomed two senior experts from FTI Consulting, UK, Andrew Durant and Wayne Anthony, who have arrived in Liberia to assist with asset tracing and recovery efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their visit marks a crucial step in Liberia\u2019s commitment to retrieving misappropriated public assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking on their arrival, Andrew Durant, Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, stated, \u201cWe are here to support Liberia\u2019s efforts in tracing and recovering assets lost through illicit means. Edwin Kla Martin, Chairperson of AREPT, emphasized the importance of the collaboration between FTI consulting and AREPT, saying, \u201cThe presence of these experts reinforces the government\u2019s determination to hold individuals accountable for corrupt practices. Their expertise will be invaluable in strengthening our asset recovery initiatives.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During their two-week stay, the experts will conduct a case assessment at no cost, demonstrating FTI Consulting\u2019s commitment to Liberia\u2019s fight against corruption.
